Start-up Lead

Job Purpose

* Lead Operations deliverables within the assigned project from EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Commissioning, Start-up, and Handover of the running facility to Asset operations.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years' experience in gas operations including 3 years in various project development activities, i.e. commissioning and start-up.

Technical and Business Skills

* Understanding of operability assurance processes, business planning, business controls, project management, environmental regulations, and safety systems.

* Planning, budget management and organizational skills.

* Leadership and consensus building skills.

* Computer literacy including MS Office applications.

* Managed projects with high emphasis on commissioning and with specific experience of starting up new facilities.

* Able to work and make decisions under highly stressful conditions.
