Suzanne Scott
Director
Suzanne has been with LA Recruitment for over 10 years, having grown with the company through her own Qatar journey she was made Director in 2018 and remains hands on with all aspects of the business. Suzanne drives the growth of the business in Doha with a deep understanding of Qatari culture she maintains strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, candidates and contractors. Under her leadership LA Recruitment upholds 100% compliance to local labour law and Qatar Country requirements.
John Hailstone:
Chairman, Compello Services Group
John has spent 32 years in the Recruitment Industry in a number of consulting and directorship roles and is the majority owner of Compello Services Group.
John is responsible for the appointment of the board and working with it on strategic and business planning matters. When not acting as an adviser and sounding board he spends his time supporting other group firms.
John has an eye for detail and is very passionate about great service and collaborative working both in and outside of the group.
Lesley Taylor:
Finance Director
Lesley studied applied mathematics gaining a first class degree before embarking on a successful career in accountancy. She is responsible for overseeing all matters relating to finance, supporting for the board on business planning, financial forecasting, and management.
She provided financial advice and supported the board in the acquisitions of Tudor Personnel and Jobact Petrochem.
She has been with the Group for over 10 years and has the additional responsibility as Group Finance Director and shareholder of Compello Services Group.
