Quality Lead (Train 4)


* The Quality Lead (Train 4) coordinates effective implementation of the Project Quality Management programme and ensures the effective implementation of the contractor's Quality Management System during the execution of the Trains 4 & 6 Restoration Project.

* Responsible for implementing quality inspection systems and maintaining a close working and reporting relationship with the head of quality (Trains 4 & 6).

* The Quality Lead is responsible for coordinating the implementation of construction quality and completions surveillance programmes and providing direction to PMT site QC inspection personnel.


Key Job Accountabilities

1. Monitors the effective oversight of Contractors Construction surveillance/quality efforts and supports the projects' surveillance programmes.

2. Conducts company construction quality verification (inspections) in accordance with the approved I&TP.

3. Reviews and provides comments to the contractor's project quality plans, I&TPs and procedures. 4. Applies extensive hands-on, industry-based experience and knowledge to promote, and

Establish and implement existing systems, processes and procedures within a structured quality framework.

5. Conducts Construction Assessments (CA) to verify the contractor's quality management system and project specification compliance.

6. The Quality Lead must exhibit a high degree of computer literacy and coordination skills. 7. Demonstrates the highest level of integrity in dealing with all parties and communicates

concisely in written and verbal context; prepares high-quality written reporting.

8. Report input to the Head of Quality (Trains 4&6) on quality performance metrics and KPIs related to QA/QC activities.

9. Review quality documentation/records such as quality plans, ITPs and other contractor's deliverables as directed by the head of quality (trains 4 & 6).

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering

* Additional quality, welding or NDE inspection-related qualifications

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years' experience in quality in the oil & gas industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Experience with oil & gas companies, contractors, or service companies.

* Knowledge of Industry standards
