Quality Lead (Performance)


Job Purpose

* Responsible for the integrity and fit-for-service of all goods and services

procured by all MP and NFPS Projects as a member of Quality Team of the Shared Services. Ensure high quality, cost effective, and a full life cycle of continuous and safe operations. Responsible for collecting and analyzing all MP and Projects quality data and identifying trends and areas for improvement in order to increase overall project quality and enhance the efficiency and flawless execution.

Reporting and Relationships

* Reports to Head of Quality (Performance & Qualification).

* Direct reports: None

Internal

* Daily contact with all Shared Services Quality Divisions and all MP and NFPS Project Quality Leaders

* Works closely with other MP and NFPS Departments

External

* Periodic contact with Shareholders Quality and Technical Subject Matter Experts

* Periodic contact with Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and Sub-vendors

* Direct Engagement with Vendor quality and leadership teams (manufacturing)

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)

* Challenge challenges include: (a) working under time pressures to provide necessary oversight while meeting excellence in Quality Assurance and transparency for all shareholders; (b) establishing, revising, managing and enforcing the implementation of the Quality Management System for all projects.

* Evaluate failure analysis report developed by Quality Project Management Team (PMT) for all MP and Projects, including aligning on interpretation of lab analysis results of failed components of material supplied. recommendations to prevent failure recurrence.

* Ensure resolution of issues to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.

* Ensure that all contractors, subcontractors, vendors, sub-vendors will meet all applicable quality requirements and will complete and commission all projects flawlessly, on time and budget.

* Ensure all activities undertaken comply with anti - trust and competition laws and the Company firewall policies and procedures.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Monitor and assess the work of various contractors and vendors executing work for.

2. Analyze Major Projects & NFPS Audits, Audit Findings, Deficiency Reports (DRs),

Nonconformance Reports (NCRs), Specification Deviation Requests (SDRs), to identify trends and areas for improvements and propose improvement initiatives.

3. Authorize and monitor the activities of all Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors and Sub-

Vendors Quality support teams responsible for various Quality Activities/support for LNG Projects.

4. Provide oversight and guidance to Contractor and Vendor quality personnel in the

development of quality plans, gap analyses, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with LNG quality requirements.

5. Lead or be part of Quality Management System Audits to ensure full compliance to Company requirements and applicable international codes and standards

6. Participate in project lessons learned sessions to improve and optimize quality interfaces for

future projects.

7. Create and implement quality control plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure products and processes meet established standards and specifications

8. Investigate quality issues, performing root cause analysis using tools like Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, etc., and developing, implementing and closing out corrective and preventive actions.

9. Work closely with other teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to address quality issues, communicate quality standards, and drive continuous improvement

10. Ensure that manufacturing processes and products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Engineering.


* Certification in ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies. Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, etc. Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools. Knowledge of Industry standards.

* Creating and implementing quality control plans, procedures, and documentation to ensure products and processes meet established standards and specifications

* Strong knowledge of quality management systems, specification, industry regulations, and performance improvement methodologies and tools.

* Strong knowledge of Quality Analysis Tools, Root Cause Failure Analysis, etc.)

* Experience documenting quality plans, Inspection and Tests Plans (ITPs), and other relevant documents clearly and concisely

* Experience with various testing and inspection methods, both destructive and non-destructive, as well as the ability to interpret results.
