Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in Sciences or Engineering

* Additional quality, welding or NDE inspection related qualifications

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years' experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

* Knowledge of Industry standards

* Responsible for implementing the project quality management program and ensuring the effective implementation of Contractor's quality management system, during fabrication of jackets and topsides for Compression Projects.

Technical and Business Skills

* Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to influence decisions using presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills

* Ability to manage development and implementation of Quality Management Systems adapted to Oil & Gas industry

* Ability to interact with project management team and Contractors confidently

* Requires strong analytical, organisational and planning skills
