Logistics Coordinator (Dredging)

Qualifications

* Diploma in either Supply Chain Management, Marine Transportation, or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine) or related field.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years of logistics experience, preferably in Dredging, Marine Construction, or Oil & Gas marine logistics.

* Familiarity with Marine permits and port clearances, international shipping, Vessel movements, equipment mobilization and demobilization customs rules, and relevant vessel certifications.

* Responsible for following up and coordinating with EPC Contractor, supervising all logistics activities that support dredging operations, ensuring the timely availability of vessels, equipment, materials, personnel in conjunction with the EPC Contractor Logistics Team and with port authorities.

* Experience in coordination of Dredging EPC contractors, sub- contractors, vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

* Experience of RLIC Port or in Middle East region will be added advantage

Technical and Business Skills

* Strong analytical, organisational, coordination and planning skills.

* Good mediation skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
