JOB DESCRIPTION
Head of Logistics (Infrastructures)
Job Purpose
* Responsible for the long term maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of company buildings, infrastructure systems, and office facilities, so as assurance/compliance of EPC managements of Contractor infrastructures.
* Ensure that all infrastructures, utilities, building services, and offices operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
* Develop and ensure short, middle and long term maintenance plans in adequation with infrastructure continuity and development strategies.
Reporting and Relationships
* Reports to : Logistics Division Manager (NFS/NFW)
* Direct reports: none
Internal
* Frequent contact infrastructures coordinators and management (Camps, Temporary Site Facilities, Temporary Construction Facilities, Field Operation Centres, etc).
* Periodic contact with stakeholders such as parent companies, relevant internal services and project divisions.
External
* Frequent contact with EPC contractors
* Periodic contact with RLIC authorities, and other Major Projects
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
* Large, "one of a kind" complex suite of projects.
* Large construction scope.
* Working with EPC Contractors to be proactive in infrastructures and buildings maintenance and development.

1. Manage the long-term operation, maintenance, and performance of all building infrastructure and utility systems.
2. Ensure the long-term reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation systems.
3. Develop and implement preventive and predictive development and maintenance programs.
4. Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure assets.
5. Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans.
6. Identify and propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
7. Maintain accurate records of building assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
8. Oversee infrastructures operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
9. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
10. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities and infrastructure.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.
Knowledge and/or Experience
* 10 years' experience in business related function or discipline, including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 2 years
* experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/ service/vendor personnel..
Technical and Business Skills
* Building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).
* Facility maintenance and asset management practices.
* Health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Building Management Systems (BMS).
* Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Space planning and workplace management.
* Project and contract management principles.
