Engineering Lead (Structural)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years of experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub- contractors/service/vendor personnel.

* Demonstrated experience as Structural Lead in Major Capital Offshore projects.

* Experience working with Oil and Gas operating companies, EPC contractors, sub-contractors and engineering consultants involved in the Oil and Gas industry.

* Strong knowledge and application of international engineering standards, specifications and design.

* Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, project gating system, project execution plan, risk management, change management, interface management, commissioning, and hand over processes/procedures.

* Experience managing contractors and third party vendors, in serveral phased of the projects, prefferably done a complete project from FEED to Start-up.

* Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.

* Experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement.

* Experience working in large scale integrated operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

* SME level competency in at least one Engineering Discipline.

* Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (for Onshore) and large Offshore Platforms / Pipelines (For Offshore).
