Engineering Lead (Process)

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 years experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub- contractors/service/vendor personnel with a broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, offshore facilities design, construction and operations.

* The Process Engineering Lead will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance on design of the Offshore Topside facilities.

* Experience managing contractors and third party vendors, in several phased of the projects, preferably done a complete project from FEED to Start-up.

* Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.

* Experience in technology adoption and implementation of continuous improvement.

* Experience working in large scale integrated operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

* SME level competency in at least one Engineering Discipline.

* Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (for Onshore) and large Offshore Platforms / Pipelines (For Offshore).

Technical and Business Skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural teams in offshore environments.

* Excellent report writing and presentation skills.

* Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications. Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, pipeline, structural, instrument, telecom, piping and electrical.
