Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* Eight (8) years' experience in business related function or discipline, including four (4) years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

* Experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub- contractors, vendors or service companies involved in the Oil and Gas Industry.

* Knowledge in project business related function/discipline such as planning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, claim management, risk management, change management, procurement, pre- and post- award contract management, actionable and informative reporting, support services, lessons learned, etc.

* Previous experience on major projects, from an Owner's perspective, managing EPC Lump Sum Contracts, working with multi-lingual contract teams with large local subcontractors and mentoring Developees is required.

* Experience required in working with ERP systems and Project Management systems (such as SAP or any other O&G ERP).

* Undertakes complex tasks and acts as a source of guidance for staff and internal customers.

* Takes initiatives, based on experience gained, to deliver timely and cost-effective service.

* Sets situations/issues in the context of the entire team and has an appreciation of the wider relationships with other people and organizations.

* Works independently within established procedures, plans and budgets and contributes to the development of these.

* Has autonomy over scheduling and planning of own work; organizes efforts of work group to achieve overall efficiency.
