Commissioning Lead (Electrical)

Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience with large project in Oil and Gas industry, including 3 years of commissioning experience with industrial engineer exposure (E&I, Mechanical, Piping) and 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.

* Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre- commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

* Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.

* Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.

* Proven experiences for managing commissioning execution and completion and handover process including MC, RFC, RFSU and final Handover.

* Strong experience coordinating with Operations and Maintenance organizations during project transition phase

* Familiar with LOTO procedures and HSE standards for commissioning

* Experience of handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.

* Experience in start-up support and handover to Operation.

* Experience in offshore environment.

Technical and Business Skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT.

* Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications.(particulary Excel, PPT)

* Ability to communicate with Contractor's team and obtain required information as requested.

* Experienced with Interface coordination and support activities and documentation.
