Job Purpose

* Lead multiple analytics applications and tools to ensure effective implementation of dashboards, reports and applications for Major Projects. Handles data warehouses, reporting systems, predictive modelling software, creates insightful reports and interactive dashboards. Transforms raw data into meaningful visualizations that drive actionable insights for the organization and Responsible for the data and system functioning according to required specifications, developing effective data management approach to meet quality standards and delivery time frame, Provides technical data leadership to meet project desired objectives related to the matter of data and systems technology, Identifies potential risks and performs periodic data assessment and reporting to ensure the data integrity also Responsible for Data Analytics including development of tools specifically for Data integration & Data Extraction ETL (Extract Transform & Load).

Reporting and Relationships

* Reports to to the Head of MP Data Analytics.

Internal

* Frequent contact with Major Projects Division Managers and Heads, and end user focal points in Major Project Group

* Periodic contact with Performance and Delivery staff and provide full support to the deliverables of Performance and Delivery department.

External

* Periodic contact with audit teams and 3rd party service providers on as needed basis.

Key Job Accountabilities

1. Create and manage databases, establish data warehouses, and perform ETL (Extract,

Transform, Load) processes and good in automation tools

2. Collect data from various sources (databases, APIs, flat files, etc.), Transform raw data into

meaningful insights using dashboard development tools like Power BI.

3. Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards with visually appealing visualizations

to convey actionable insights.

4. Build and maintain data models within Power BI, and other related tools and Optimize data

structures for efficient querying and reporting.

5. Write DAX formulas to create custom calculations and measures and Implement complex

business logic using DAX. Create compelling visualizations (charts, graphs, maps, etc.) to

present data effectively and Ensure data visualizations align with business requirements.

6. Design, develop, and maintain custom Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power

Pages), and build advanced Power Automate flows to integrate seamlessly with Microsoft

services and third-party systems.

7. Write advanced JSON expressions and build low-code formulas to create custom logic,

handle user-defined functions, and manipulate data structures within apps and workflows.

8. Architect and implement complex Business Process Flows (BPFs) to guide users through

standardized organizational processes and enforce critical business logic.

9. Build custom connectors to integrate proprietary APIs and configure on-premises data

gateways to ensure secure, reliable data transfer between cloud environments and internal

systems.

10. Manage end-to-end Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including environment

governance, solution packaging, automated deployments, and continuous integration across

environments.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Information Systems, Data Science or other relevant disciplines

including Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences,

Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law,

Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.

* Experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub- contractors, vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

* Knowledge in project business related function/discipline such as planning, scheduling, cost control, estimating, claim management, risk management, change management, procurement, pre- and post- award contract management, actionable and informative reporting, support services, lessons learned, etc.

* Knowledge in international standards, best practices and methodologies as it relates to business disciplines.

* SME level competence in candidate's specific business discipline.

* Knowledge of relevant business processes/procedures.

* Experience with risk assessment approach in decision making.

* Strong knowledge of relevant software and computer skills, e.g., dashboards, data analytics, SAP, etc.

* Experience supporting large scale integrated operating and executing organizations, such as Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

Technical and Business Skills

* 8 years' experience as a Power BI Developer/Dashboard Designer or similar role -with a PL-300 certification considered a strong plus, preferably within the Oil & Gas Construction Industry.

* Requires a minimum of 3 years of extensive experience developing custom Microsoft Power Platform solutions-featuring advanced proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, and Power Pages), Power Automate for process automation, and a strong technical understanding of solution management, environment governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)-with a PL-400 certification considered a strong plus.

* A thorough knowledge of Data and Analytics with solid experience in interactive dashboard and reports development.

* Strong IT and coordination skills.

* Enforce data security best practices

* Monitor and optimize database performance

* Strong qualitative, quantitative analytical & problem-solving skills.

* Strong skills in Power BI, MS SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Power Platform including power Apps .

* Experience in Oracle's Primavera P6

* Proficiency in:

o Power BI development, including report & dashboard creation.

o Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps, Model- Driven Apps, and Power Pages.

o Power Automate for business process automation and cloud workflow creation.

o Data modelling and data visualization concepts.

o Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) & Power Query.

o Low-code expressions, JSON handling, and custom API connector integration

o MS Office (especially Excel).

o ETL Tools like SSIS or Similar tools

o ASP.NET, SharePoint, HTML, CSS, etc.

* Some experience in the following areas:

o Reports Automation using SSRS, Power Bi Report Builder or similar tools.

o SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BusinessObjects Lumira.

o SAP Data Services & WEBI (BusinessObjects Web Intelligence)

* 5 years in SQL for data manipulation and extraction

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

* Good supervisory skills.
