System Completions Lead (Rotating Equipment)

Qualifications

* Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years' experience with large project commissioning activities within the Oil & Gas industry including 1 year of experience in supervisory, acting leadership or specialist technical oversight roles supporting vendor and contractor personnel.

* In depth knowledge of rotating equipment systems including compressors, turbines, pumps, drivers, lubrication systems, seal systems, package equipment, associated static mechanical equipment and interfacing piping systems used within LNG and Compression facilities.

* Knowledge and experience in rotating equipment commissioning delivery processes and associated project phases including preservation, installation verification, flushing, mechanical run testing, vibration analysis, startup and operational handover activities.

* Experience in a lead commissioning or technical specialist role supporting large EPC contracts and multiple project execution teams with strong commissioning and rotating equipment technical expertise.

* Experience supporting development of commissioning procedures, startup methodologies, technical specifications, check sheets, commissioning strategies and lessons learned documentation associated with rotating equipment systems.

* Experience in project completions and project systemization, including check sheet development, check sheet allocation, writing of pre-commissioning / commissioning documents such as commissioning procedures and method statements.

* Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

* Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.

* Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre- commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

* Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.

* Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.

* Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

* Experience in start-up support to Operation.
