System Completion Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION
SYSTEMS COMPLETION COORDINATOR
* The Systems Completion Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and tracking the mechanical completion and systems handover activities on Karimun. Ensuring sub-system and system meet project specification requirements as per approved procedures.
Reporting and Relationships
* Reports to Head of Commissioning
* Direct reports: None
Internal
* Frequent contact with NFPS Compression Engineering, QA/QC, Construction and Commissioning teams, OESS/Operations and HSEQ within Company as needed
External
* Frequent contact with EPC contractor and sub-contractor. Vendor if requested.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
* Review main system completion deliverables and procedures.
* Coordinate the discipline team that ensures system completion and hand- over to permanent organization.
* Oversight of Contractors MCC, CSA, and RFSU activities and electronic dossier development.
* Ensure effectiveness of System Completion database.
* Monitor CONTRACTOR for planning completions to ensure planning and sequence are in line with projects milestones
* Provide timely reporting of Karimun activity to Head of Systems Completion and Head of Commissioning

1. Built Microsoft Power Bi (PBI) dashboards and update on a regular basis for the completions deliverbales. A, B, C check sheet progress, Punch List creation vs close out, Exception creation vs close out, Mechanical Completion and Ready for Start Up dossier progress.
2. Review of the Mechanical Completion and Ready For Start Up Dossiers to make sure the content is aligned with the approved Index as per Systems Completion Procedure.
3. Ensuring ITR's, Punch Lists and exceptions are closed before offering mechanical completion or Ready For Start Up Certificates for approval.
4. Coordinate with contractor to support mechanical completion and ready for start up walk downs. Review the walk down package for completeness, make sure Company Systems Completion discipline representative is notified and available to attend the walk down.
5. Monitor the Database changes to make sure Change Notice process is aligned with the company procedure and Change Notice approvers are authorized personeel.
6. Review the database for completeness and corectiveness. Make sure tags are assigned to correct sub-system as per commissioning boundary and relevant check sheets are assigned as per approved tag type matrix.
7. Highlight inconsistency that may affect database integrity, tag verification and/or ITR
allocation.
8. Review EPC CONTRACTOR's work packs, tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safe hand-over to permanent organisation.
9. Monitor and verify EPC CONTRACTOR's preservation check sheet allocation is aligned with
approved preservation procedure.
10. Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
* 8 years experience with large project commissioning in the Oil & Gas industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Power Bi dashboard creation and maintenance
* Strong knowledge of Systems Completion Planning
* Strong knowledge and understanding of certificate types and certification gates
* Strong knowledge and understanding of ITR types and stages
* Strong knowledge and understanding of punch list categorization
* Experience using Completion Management Systems (CMS) such as WinPCS, ICAPS, Hexagon or similar.
* Familiarity with construction, QA/QC, and commissioning interfaces.
* Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of HSE standards and safe system handover practices.

* A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures in a site environment.
* Effective leadership. Contractor coordination and reporting skills.
