Commissioning Lead (Process)

Qualifications * Bachelors Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

* 8 years experience with large-project commissioning in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

* Knowledge and experience in discipline Hook-Up and Commissioning delivery processes and associated project phases, familiar with completions walkdowns and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews.

* In depth knowledge of Process design, risk-based evaluation of complex technical issues, ensuring deliverables are compliant with project requirements.

* Knowledge of flow assurance, hydrostatic and nitrogen leak testing, hook-up and commissioning activities.

* Knowledge in performance testing of gas turbine compressors to ensure design specs are met.

* Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.

* Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.

* Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.

* Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre- commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

* Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.

* Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.

* Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.

* Experience in start-up support to Operation.
