Technical Support - Oracle SCM


* Has experience in Oracle ERP (Preferably Implementation Phase)

* Coordinate/follow Oracle project implementation for the SCM.

* Support the SCM team in Data migration and required interfaces with Firm's other systems such as Cerner CAFM.

* Understand the SCM fundamental and the best practice for implementing a new ERP.

* Collaborates with Firm's IT department to proactively solve any issues related to SCM informatics solutions, integration, operation system maintenance and network problems

* Communicates with Firm's IT department for end user requirement within the SCM team and participates in validating system designs and developing testing data to ensure that solutions meet the end user requirements

* Sets priorities and makes arrangements to successfully manage work assignments and meet deadlines
