Reporting Specialist

Job Purpose
* Member of the project's Business team, reporting to the Reporting Lead. The Reporting Specialist is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and presenting project-related data to ensure accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting to different stakeholders. This role coordinates with multiple teams to gather progress updates, track key performance indicators, and identify key focus areas. The reporting specialist ensures data consistency, develops standardized and ad hoc reports, and provides clear insights to management through dashboards and structured summaries.
Reporting and Relationships
* Reports to Reporting Lead
* Direct reports: None
Internal
* Frequent contact with Major Projects Group; Offshore Senior Project Manager, Project Managers, Business Controls Division Manager, and Business Manager.
External
* Frequent contact with Major Projects, EP&S and Integration reporting teams, as well as other related projects such as NFXP Onshore for functional alignment.
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
* Accurately and professionally develop and issue reports and provide adhoc analysis reports incorporating various project directives.
* Prepares all required data for weekly, monthly and periodic reports.
* Provides support to the Reporting Lead on all reporting related issues/matters.
* Support and encourage team activities and requirements relating to reporting.
* Provide support and works effectively in a complex multinational and multi- cultural environment.
* Develop effective working relationships with all Offshore Projects and Operating companies.

Key Job Accountabilities (High level, brief description of the top 8-10 accountabilities - maximum is 10.
1. Responsible for developing and preparing standard reporting tools for the weekly, monthly, and periodic reporting for the overall NFXP Offshore project and communicating highlights to Senior Management and Shareholders.
2. Responsible for converting technical, project related information into well-structured business writing for reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
3. Responsible for tailoring reports for the target audience: Senior Project Management, Shareholders, Operations, etc.
4. Ensures the progress from the individual EPCI contractor's is correctly input into reporting process; provides feedback to NFXP Offshore Projects Business teams in relation to any changes or updates to reporting requirements.
5. Responsible for highlighting issues apparent in the reports to NFXP Offshore Business Manager.
6. Provides support to the Reporting Lead on data verification and rectification of errant information from Project Team and Contractor.
7. Ensures all changes, modifications or alternative options are correctly captured in periodic reports.
8. Responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously enhancing interactive dashboards that present project updates in the most clear, accurate, and visually effective manner.

Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, or Statistics
Knowledge and/or Experience
* 8 years experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry
* Diversified oil and gas project experience (offshore project experience preferred), with knowledge of all project phases (engineering, procurement, construction, Installation & HUC).
Technical and Business Skills
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Excellent business writing skills.
* Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong skills using MS Office; advanced PowerPoint skills with proven ability to develop high-quality, professional presentations.
* Experience using Power BI.
