Instrument & Controls Lead

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Instrument, Automation or Electronic Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience

 8 years experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub- contractors/service/vendor personnel.

 Strong knowledge and application of international engineering standards, specifications and design.

 Experience managing Control System contractors and third-party vendors, in several phased of the projects, preferably done a complete project from FEED to Start-up.

 Broad I&C equipment and controls systems experience and familiarity with relevant manufacturing processes.

 Brownfield engineering and execution knowledge

 Berth control system for LNG and HC liquid product loading/Unloading.

Technical and Business Skills

 Strong analytical, organizational, coordination and planning skills.

 Good communication skills and ability to interact / interface at all levels.

 Good mediation skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software programs, etc.

 Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices for I&C discipline
