Job Purpose
Key Accountabilities
(Duties include but not limited to)
- Manage and oversee the COMP2 hook up, brownfield and shutdown scope of work including validation of execution with full compliance to project specifications and procedures.
- Manage the COMP2 execution Team offshore,
- Review, amend and endorse the contractor offshore daily progress report (DPR).
- Coordinate and participate in morning call with the Onshore PMT, update concerns and issues and identified support required.
- Provide input where required to the EPC Contractors execution strategy and procedures.
- Identify offshore risks and synergies to minimise impact to milestone dates and the RFSU dates
- Endorsement of offshore permits as required for execution.
- Interface with the Company Discipline Specialist and Project Management Team (PMT) to support site queries ensuring compliance with the project scope with emphasis on safety and reliability.
- Participate in workshops as required such as Schedule, Execution, Risk Assessments and HAZOP workshops.
- Represent project [CSR] in the offshore risk screening, PTW meetings and OIM meetings as required.
- Provide technical and execution reviews of the project execution related deliverables with respect to compliance to Company engineering standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Support project quality improvement in contractor's execution by leveraging experience, good oilfield practises to ensure safety, quality, integrity and execution are delivered.
- Liaising with members of PMT (Business, Interface/Execution, Construction, Quality, and Safety) to ensure alignment on projects shutdown needs, objectives, and requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of the QELNG brownfield & shutdown work process, benchmarking and leveraging from the brownfield & shutdown best practices in QELNG and shareholders, identifying opportunities for improvement & synergy, to avoid production impact, and business interruption.
- Monitor and report on offshore KPIs for COMP2 in order to ensure best-in class performance are implemented and achieved.
- Participate and contribute participate in workshops as required such as Schedule, Execution, Risk Assessments and HAZOP workshops.
Reporting and Relationships
- Regular interface and collaboration with Project Management Team
- Frequent contact with Operations Offshore & Onshore OESS, Shutdown Maintenance planning, HSEQ departments
Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
- Challenges in planning & executing COMP2 HU and BF scope of work, safely and efficiently.
- Simultaneously managing COMP2 HookUp and Brownfield work activities & Shutdown planning, with close coordination with Subsurface, Operation, & Maintenance team
- Challenges in planning & executing COMP2 HUC scope from Preparation/Planning through RFSU of the facilities

Qualifications
Either Bachelors' degree in Engineering discipline or Higher Education qualification plus suitable experience
Knowledge and/or Experience
- 10 years experience managing large Oil & Gas Hook-up and associated scopes of work with 3 years at a senior level offshore with overall responsibility for Hook-up /Brownfield /Shutdown execution
- Broad and extensive knowledge of brownfield engineering design standards, specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria
- Extensive knowledge of offshore facilities and structures construction and operations
- Broad knowledge of Brownfield projects administration
