Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Knowledge and/or Experience

 8 years' experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.

 Experience with Oil & Gas Companies, EPC contractors, sub- contractors, vendors or service companies involved in the oil and gas industry.

 Experience with sour service gas and LNG facilities (for Onshore) and large Offshore Platforms / Pipelines (For Offshore).

 Experience in berth design and Seabed dredging is an advantage.

 Brownfield engineering and execution knowledge

 Experience in large tank foundations design

 Knowledge in geotechnical, foundation design, drainage design, precast concrete, steel structures, building design and dynamic equipment foundation design

Technical and Business Skills

 Strong leadership skills, personal integrity, experience guiding and assisting contractor teams.

 Strong analytical, organisational, coordination and planning skills.

 Good written and verbal communications skills and ability to interact / interface at all levels.

 Good mediation skills including conflict resolution, problem-solving, creative thinking, influencing and empathy

 Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.

 Deep knowledge of industry codes, standards and practices for civil discipline
